Unfortunately, due to delivery restrictions, we are not able to send our products to addresses outside of the UK, irrespective of a non-UK member winning our competitions, Giveaways etc.
Due to the nature of our business (Gift Box Shop), we are happy to extend the right for non-UK members to provide us with a UK address to send their winning product to.
Products Quality/ Allergen Information
MAIL MY NAILS (MMN) products include MMN branded products, and ‘distributed’ non-branded products. We will handle product queries as effectively as possible. Where possible, we will direct enquirers to the customer service team of non-branded products.

Nail Polish ingredients/components are not displayed on MAIL MY NAILS nail polish bottles. This is not a legal requirement. Data Sheets (including polish ingredients/components) are available upon request. Each nail polish colour has its own nail polish data sheet. MAIL MY NAILS products include chocolates manufactured by other brands. We reserve the right to change the luxury chocolates included in our (Gift Box) products at any time. This information is provided via the relevant section of our Frequently asked Questions page, where allergen information and ingredients list is provided.
Please note – Chocolates included in our (Gift Box) products may contain egg, nuts, milk etc. so it is extremely important that customers check their recipient will not be affected by the product. It is the customer’s responsibility to be clear of any allergen concerns before placing an order with us.
When you make a purchase on our website, you will receive email confirmation to acknowledge your transaction was successful. Your order has been accepted, when you receive email confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
Please note, we reserve the right to decline a purchase or terminate our service agreement, should we feel there has been a breach, failure to comply with our Terms of Conditions, or believe an order to be fraudulent.
We will notify customers of any declined or terminated orders via email, using the email address provided by the customer.
Products purchased on our website are shipped within the UK only, subject to the national and international regulations governing the carriage of prohibited items (which include nail polish).
Orders placed before 9pm, are dispatched next day, subject to Post Office opening hours. MAIL MY NAILS reserves the right to amend, suspend and/or withdraw this 9pm cut off time, at any time, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances, and during peak times and public holidays. It is advisory to consider the estimated last day to ‘secure on-time delivery’ made available on our website, in advance of landmark occasions.
We will arrange for your orders to be dispatched next day and distributed via Royal Mail’s Click and Collect 2nd Class Tracked 48 Service. Deliveries can be expected to arrive within 1-3 working days after dispatch. Please note, Royal Mail does not deliver on a Sunday.
Our Gift Box products are made to fit through most UK Letterboxes, in accordance with the standard dimensions of most UK Letterboxes, 254mmx38mm (10x1.5inches).
It is the responsibility of the customer to bear additional charges imposed by Royal Mail, that may be incurred by an incorrect address or late collection. Prices and Payments
We accept payment by credit card, debit card and bank transfer. Payments are made via Strripe Gateaway, our payment processor. Your chosen Payment method will be charged at checkout (or later dependant on your bank etc.).
You will be charged in GBP, which, if not the currency of your bank account will be converted by your bank when processed. We are not responsible for any additional charges your bank may apply. Prices charged to UK customers as identified on the website are inclusive of any applicable VAT and local taxes.
The price you pay at checkout, is subject to the price indicated on our website or email Nailsletter (newsletter) at that time.
We will try to ensure that all prices we display are accurate. Should we discover an error in our product prices, and this is greater than you have paid, we will inform you as soon as possible to try and resolve this. We may change our prices of products or services, though changes will not affect customers whose orders have already been processed.
Promotional discounts and free trial period
We may offer adhoc promotional discounts, Giveaways and/or a free trial period to new subscribers. Each of these will have its own unique Terms and Conditions, in addition to those on this page. A product cannot be cancelled or amended if it has been dispatched. If the delivery status at time of cancellation request is prior to dispatch, we will provide a refund.
Please note, product may have been dispatched sooner than the dispatch confirmation email has been sent to the customer.
Consumers within the UK reserve the right to cancel their order within 14 Days. In this case, we will refund the cost of the product, (and if the products have already been delivered), the cost of sending the product to you including any return postage charges incurred.
Please note that in accordance with the Distance Selling regulation, due to the nature of our Personalised products (such as Gift Boxes), the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply. This applies to our Handwritten Gift Cards.
It is the customers responsibility to review the wording (including spelling and grammar) of personalised gift card messages at checkout. We handwrite gift cards as requested.
MAIL MY NAILS endeavours to ensure that description(s) and picture(s) of the Products displayed on the Website are a true and accurate reflection. However, please note that lighting may vary (partly on your display settings).

You have 14 days from receipt of purchase (or 14 days after Christmas), to process a return for an unwanted product to us, in line with our Returns Policy and send the items to us in securely sealed packaging. In this circumstance, we are not responsible for postage costs incurred.
If you return an item that was part of an order, we will refund any specific delivery charges associated with that product. We will not refund the costs for you returning the product to us, unless you are returning an item due to an error on our part.
Nail polishes are classed as Dangerous Goods and prohibited/restricted items. It is mandatory for individuals or organisations to ensure UK postage regulations are met. Nail Polishes returned to us, mut have an ID8000 label attached to the outer packaging.
Faulty or damaged items
At MAIL MY NAILS, we ensure we dispatch products in excellent condition. Our Gift Boxes are sealed and delivered ready for the recipient. Distribution damages are unlikely, though damages that occur in transit are out of our control. Please notify us of distribution damages upon 24 hours of receipt, and our team will review the extent and respond accordingly.
Customers requesting a refund for a faulty or damaged item, must contact us immediately via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, attaching supporting image(s). Approved returns must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery. This timeframe may be extended during public holidays, though this will be at the discretion of MAIL MY NAILS.
Refunds will be processed via the same payment method (and card) used at time of checkout.
