How do I customise my gift set?
Simply head to our Build-a-Box page, choose the occasion, and pick the nail polishes best suited to your recipient!
Choice of 2, 3 or 4 nail polish gift sets. Enjoy, and Contact Us if we can support with anything.
Can I choose the same nail polish more than once?
Yes - but we don’t recommend it.
Stock levels can change quickly, so a duplicate polish may be unavailable at the time of your order, potentially causing delays. If that happens, we’ll contact you ASAP.
We're also working on improving the 'build a box' experience - so for now, have fun creating your perfect gift set!
I want to 'build a box' but not sure what nail polish colours are on trend?

TPO Regulatory Change 09/25
We’ve seen the recent news about the TPO (Triphenylphosphine Oxide) ingredient ban, effective September 2025. Just to reassure you - our 'gel-like' / gel-effect nail polishes do not contain TPO.
We remain dedicated to natural nail care so will continue to stay up to date with cosmetic safety guidelines.
Chocolate Ingredients
From time to time, complimentary confectionary treats included in Gift Sets will change. Keep up to date on our latest selection by checking out this section regularly.
Complimentary chocolates included in Gift Sets excluding Halloween (Red, blue and festive packaged LINDOR milk chocolate truffles with a smooth melting filling) have the following Ingredients:
Sugar, vegetable fat (coconut, palm kernel), cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, lactose, anhydrous milk fat, emulsifier (soya lecithin), barley malt extract, flavourings.
May contain hazelnuts and other nuts.
Milk chocolate contains: Cocoa solids: 32% minimum, Milk solids: 21% minimum.
Complimentary chocolates included in Halloween Gift Sets (Italian Options Halloween Pumpkin Trick or Treat Milk Chocolate Neapolitans) have the following Ingredients:

How long does delivery take?
Orders placed by 8pm, will be dispatched next day, and delivered within 1-3 Working Days, via Royal Mail's 2nd Class Tracked48 service.
Royal Mail operates 6 days a week (excluding Sundays).
Do you ship outside the UK?
Sadly not - yet! We ship throughout UK Mainland at the moment (via Post Office Counter and Royal Mail).
Do you ship to UK-Channel Islands?
Yes - However please note, due to Customs checks, items sent may be subject to a customs document check, scanning and/or random checks. It may be required that packages are opened by official custom officers for inspection.
Please be advised, these rare occasions are out of our control so if a package arrives opened, we cannot be held liable. We apologise for this inconvenience.
Are Gift Sets letterbox friendly?
Our gift boxes are designed to fit most standard UK letterboxes (for easy delivery) but don't worry if yours is a different size, it will still arrive in secure packaging.
I need to update my shipping address - help!
If you have just placed your order, you can log into 'My Account' and update your shipping address or Contact Us to ensure we've spotted the update.
Unfortunately, if we have already dispatched your order, we will be unable to redirect it.

I've received a Gift Set, but don't know who sent it!?
It sounds like someone has sent you a surprise gift! Exciting!
Our customers have the option to provide the sender and recipient’s name, so they may have wanted to surprise you!
Due to Data Protection, we can’t disclose the sender’s name, but we can contact them to ask that they make themselves known to you.
If you would like us to do this for you, please Contact Us, and provide your full name and postcode, so we can look into this for you.
My Gift Set hasn't arrived, help!
We are sorry to hear this.
Your gift set was out for delivery with Royal Mail, so you should have received 1-3 working days after dispatch.
If your order is late, please use our ‘Contact Us’ page to get in touch with us and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
I've received someone else's order by mistake!?
Oh no! We are very sorry to hear this has happened, and for any inconvenience caused.
We’re afraid this is a case of human error, and a very rare circumstance.
Please use our ‘Contact Us’ form to provide your full name and postcode, and the order number shown on the gift set...and a member of the team will get back to you.

When do you take payment?
We process your payment at time of checkout.
Sometimes we offer pre-order options, so we will take payment immediately to secure your gift set, and ensure guaranteed delivery in time for your special occasion.
Should you have any concerns about your payment, please drop us an email on our Contact Us page and a member of our team will get back to you ASAP.
Do you accept Amex?
Absolutely! Our checkout supports all major credit and debit cards, as well as payments via Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Paypal.
Can I cancel my order after checkout?
Once payment has been made at checkout, we begin to prepare your order for dispatch, so this may not be possible.
However, please Contact Us to see where we are at with this, and discuss further.
I've changed my mind, can I return my order?

My product is faulty, can I get a refund?

Are the nail polishes the same colour as they appear on my screen?
Please note: All screen displays and resolutions may vary, therefore the colours of products shown on this website cannot be guaranteed to be accurate, and are for illustration purposes only.
What is 'gel-like' nail polish?
Pretty much 'Gel-effect' nail polish - Ours has a satin finish, which mimics the glossy finish and durable wear of gel nails, without needing a UV lamp or soak-off removal.
You can remove our gel-like nail polish with acetone-free nail polish, in seconds!
How should I store my polish?
Upright! - First and foremost.
It's advised to keep your nail polishes in a cool dry place.
Storing nail polish in temperatures that are either too hot or too cold...can reduce the quality of polish, and it's shelf-life.
How long will my manicure last, if I don't apply Base Coat and Top Coat, as well as MMN nail polish?
Honest answer - not very long!
We are super proud of our nail polish quality, but like other established brands, we'd recommend you follow this routine:
On average, apply -
1. Base Coat
2. MMN Nail Polish (2 coats)
3. Top coat
