Mail My Nails is a Nail Polish Gift Set Store, based in the UK.

Personalised Gift Sets, to celebrate a variety of occasions including landmark celebrations such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day to Birthday’s, Mother’s Day and more. 

What makes us different?

  • We are the UK’s first Nail Polish Gift Set online store dedicated to natural nail care and celebrating landmark occasions.
  • Occasion cards featured in our Gift sets are handwritten (with option to personalise) for that extra personal touch.

At no additional cost - 

  • Our gift sets are 'gift wrapped', ready for the recipient (yourself or loved ones)
  • We offer a bespoke service, with option to further customise your gift set.

*Purchased a 2 or 3 polish gift box and would like to swap polish colours for other's you've seen on our website? Confirm nail polish colour name/number from our Nail Polish Gallery, and then Contact us straight away to let us know.

E-Gift Cards

1. Select Gift Card.

2. Confirm Gift Card value.

3.Click 'I want to send this as a gift' to add recipient details. Option to add personal message here.

From time to time, complimentary confectionary treats included in Gift Boxes will change.

Current 'luxury chocolates' -

(Red & blue) LINDOR milk chocolate truffles with a smooth melting filling

Ingredients: sugar, vegetable fat (coconut, palm kernel), cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, lactose, anhydrous milk fat, emulsifier (soya lecithin), barley malt extract, flavourings. 

May contain hazelnuts and other nuts

Milk chocolate contains: Cocoa solids: 32% minimum, Milk solids: 21% minimum.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed by 8pm, will be dispatched next day, and delivered within 1-3 Working Days, via Royal Mail's 2nd Class Tracked48 service. 

Royal Mail operates 6 days a week (excluding Sundays). 

Do you ship outside the UK?

Sadly not - yet! We ship throughout UK Mainland at the moment due to International Mail Restrictions.

Do you ship to UK-Channel Islands?

Yes - However please note, due to Customs checks, items sent may be subject to a customs document check, scanning and/or random checks. It may  be required that packages are opened by official custom officers for inspection. 

Please be advised, these rare occasions are out of our control so if a package arrives opened, we cannot be held liable. We apologise for this inconvenience. 

I need to update my shipping address - help!

If you have just placed your order, you can log into 'My Account' and update your shipping address or Contact Us to ensure we've spotted the update. 

Unfortunately, if we have already dispatched your order, we will be unable to recall it. 

Please use our Contact Us form to get in touch if you are experiencing any issues.

I've received a Gift Box, but don't know who sent it!?

It sounds like someone has sent you a surprise box! Exciting!

Our customers have the option to provide the sender and recipient’s name, so they may have wanted to surprise you!  

Due to Data Protection, we can’t disclose the sender’s name, but we can contact them to ask that they make themselves known to you.  

If you would like us to do this for you, please Contact Us, and provide your full name and postcode, so we can look into this for you.

My Gift Box hasn't arrived, help!

We are sorry to hear this.

Your gift box was out for delivery with Royal Mail, so you should have received 1-3 working days after dispatch. 

If your order is late, please use our ‘Contact Us’ page to get in touch with us and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible. 

I've received someone else's order by mistake!?

Oh no! We are very sorry to hear this has happened, and for any inconvenience caused.

We’re afraid this is a case of human error, and a very rare circumstance.

Please use our ‘Contact Us’ form to provide your full name and postcode, and the order number shown on the gift box...and a member of the team will get back to you.

Payment & Returns

When do you take payment?

We process your payment at time of checkout. 

Sometimes we offer pre-order options, so we will take payment immediately to secure your gift box, and ensure guaranteed delivery in time for your special occasion.  

Should you have any concerns about your payment, please drop us an email on our Contact Us page and a member of our team will get back to you ASAP. 

Do you accept Amex?

Absolutely! Our checkout supports all major credit and debit cards, as well as payments via Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Paypal.

Can I cancel my order after checkout?

Unfortunately not. 

Once payment has been made at checkout, we begin to prepare your order for dispatch. 

I've changed my mind, can I return my order?

If you would like to return your order, please Contact us to discuss. 

My product is faulty, can I get a refund?

Sorry to hear this! 

Please Contact us with details of the fault, and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss.

Nail Polish Tips

How should I store my polish?

Upright! - First and foremost. 

It's advised to keep your nail polishes in a cool dry place. 

Storing nail polish in temperatures that are either too hot,  or too cold...can reduce the quality of polish, and it's 'shelf-life. 

How long will my manicure last, if I only apply MMN nail polish?

Honest answer - not very long! 

We are super proud of our nail polish quality, but like other established brands, we'd recommend you follow this routine:  

At the least, apply - 

1. Base Coat 

2. MMN Nail Polish (2 coats minimum)

3. Top coat
